The Department of Psychiatry through the Linked Mental Health Project is holding a workshop for SPSS. The training which is taking place at the Department's Resource Center situated at the Mental Health Department in Kenyatta National Hospital is aimed at empowering the members of faculty of the Department of Psychiatry with quantitative data handling skills.

The training which started on Monday 9th February and ends on Wednesday 11th February, 2015 has attracted investigators under the Linked Mental Health Project, who supervise the post-graduate students' projects. The investigators are drawn from the Schools of Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing and various departments within the School of Medicine.

By the end of the session, the participants are expected to have adequate skills to enter, clean, analyze and interpret quantitative data through the SPSS computer program.
