Partnership for Innovative Medical Education in Kenya (PRIME-K) held a 4 day workshop from June 17-20, 2014 for the Department of Psychiatry from the College of Health Sciences (CHS), headed by the chairman Dr. Mary Kuria, to write and convert E-content materials. The workshop attracted 18 members from the department.

The workshop was  expected to enable the faculty to finalize the incomplete lectures which were developed after the first workshop in November, 2013. The faculty was also to syncronize the modules of the Behavioural Sciences course, and were introduced to the concepts of E-Conversion.

This is part of PRIME-K efforts to promote the use of new learning methodologies to medical students and thereby contributing to better health care delivery in the country.
